Our Harvest Process

There is very little time when our flowers are out of water. This careful handling is one of the reasons our fresh cut flowers are known for exceptional vase life throughout Teton Valley and Jackson Hole. 

Each stem is:

  • Cut at its ideal stage
  • Stripped of excess foliage immediately
  • Placed directly into water with flower food
  • Stored in our walk-in cooler
  • Conditioned for up to 24 hours before leaving the farm

From Field to Cooler

We harvest during the coolest hours of the day, early mornings, late evenings, and sometimes at night so flowers are always at their best and able to retain moisture and strength.

Each week, we update our wholesale availability with the varieties and colors currently blooming in the field, each weeks picks will be available on Monday mornings. 

Because we harvest based on what’s at its best, stem counts aren’t listed and cannot be guaranteed. Once you submit your request, we’ll confirm we have your preferred flowers available for your date. Flowers are reserved once confirmed, and during peak season certain colors and varieties can move quickly.

  2. Submit a wholesale request
  3. We’ll confirm availability and finalize your order
Please note: To keep harvest days running smoothly, wholesale clients provide their own buckets. At pickup or delivery, flowers are transferred into your buckets with fresh water and flower food to ensure proper hydration.
